Economy Shipping
- Starts at $8.95 and increases based on the weight of your order. Service can take up to 5-7 days.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $95 or more. *Free shipping is Economy option (5-7 days). Excludes Alaska & Hawaii.
Expedited & Other Shipping Options
- UPS 2nd Day, Next Day, and Ground options will show up on the checkout page with rates based on the weight and address of your order.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other addresses
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US shipping addresses outside of the contiguous US states will show rates based on weight and address.

RETURNS
If you're unhappy with your KOBO product for any reason, just send it back to us and we'll replace the item. Please note that all Returns must include the original receipt, and must be shipped to us within 15 business days of delivery. Kindly let us know the reason for the return, examples below:- Was your order damaged during Shipping?
- Is it somehow faulty?
- Did we send the wrong product?
- Not what you expected?
If your order arrived damaged, or a shipping error occurred, we will gladly replace your order free of charge. (Please be prepared to send a photo of the damaged item and shipping label). If you are returning your product for any other reason, please ensure that the product is returned to us in resalable condition and everything that was in the box remains in the box.
